His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 125 of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012 and paragraph 37(1.1)(a) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act approves the Government of Canada’s response to the Final Report of the Panel for the Substituted Environmental Impact Review of the Proposal to Construct the Inuvik to Tuktoyaktuk Highway, in the annexed form.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 125 de la Loi canadienne sur l’évaluation environnementale (2012) et du paragraphe 37(1.1) de la Loi canadienne sur l’évaluation environnementale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil agrée la réponse du gouvernement du Canada au Rapport final de la Commission pour l’évaluation en substitut de l’étude des répercussions environnementales de la Proposition de construire une route d’Inuvik à Tuktoyaktuk, conforme au texte ci-après.
