His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, approves that the Minister of Transport, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into an agreement to provide an indemnity to any person referred to in the annexed schedule, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in that schedule.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 48 de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil agrée la conclusion, par le ministre des Transports, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, d’un accord visant l’indemnisation des personnes visées à l’annexe ci-jointe, conformément aux conditions qui y sont précisées.
