His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 594 of the Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act, chapter 19 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, fixes April 1, 2013 as the day on which sections 579 to 593 of that Act come into force.
Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 594 de la Loi sur l’emploi, la croissance et la prospérité durable, chapitre 19 des Lois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 1er avril 2013 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 579 à 593 de cette loi.
