His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No. 1b (Foreign Affairs and International Trade) of the Appropriation Act No. 4, 2012-13, appoints:

Gaston Barban as High Commissioner for Canada in the Kingdom of Lesotho, with residence in Pretoria.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du crédit n^o 1b (Affaires étrangères et Commerce international) de la Loi de crédits n^o 4 pour 2012-2013, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme :

Gaston Barban en qualité de haut-commissaire du Canada auprès du Royaume du Lesotho, avec résidence à Pretoria.
