His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 165 of the Sustaining Canada’s Economic Recovery Act, chapter 25 of the Statutes of Canada, 2010, fixes September 2, 2013 as the day on which Part 4 of that Act comes into force, other than sections 163 and 164, which came into force on assent.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 165 de la Loi de soutien de la reprise économique au Canada, chapitre 25 des Lois du Canada (2010), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 2 septembre 2013 la date d’entrée en vigueur de la partie 4 de cette loi, à l’exception des articles 163 et 164, lesquels sont entrés en vigueur à la sanction.
