His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 463(1) of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012, chapter 31 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, fixes March 7, 2013 as the day on which subsections 433(1) and (3), 434(1), 435(1), (2), (4), (6) and (8), 436(1), (4), (5) and (7), 437(1), (3) and (5), 438(1), 439(1), 440(1) and (3), 441(1), 442(1), 443(1) and 445(2), sections 447 and 452 to 460 and subsection 461(1) of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 463(1) de la Loi de 2012 sur l’emploi et la croissance, chapitre 31 des Lois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 7 mars 2013 la date d’entrée en vigueur des paragraphes 433(1) et (3), 434(1), 435(1), (2), (4), (6) et (8), 436(1), (4), (5) et (7), 437(1), (3) et (5), 438(1), 439(1), 440(1) et (3), 441(1), 442(1), 443(1) et 445(2), des articles 447 et 452 à 460 et du paragraphe 461(1) de cette loi.
