His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No. 1b (Foreign Affairs and International Trade) of the Appropriation Act No. 4, 2012-13, appoints:

David Angell as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Republic of South Sudan, with residence in Nairobi; and

Judith St. George as High Commissioner for Canada in Malaysia.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du crédit n^o 1b (Affaires étrangères et Commerce international) de la Loi de crédits n^o 4 pour 2012-2013, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme :

David Angell en qualité d'ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la République du Soudan du Sud, avec résidence à Nairobi;

 Judith St. George en qualité de haute-commissaire du Canada auprès de la Malaisie.
