His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Implementing Agreement concerning the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the French Republic on Social Security; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, or Lisa Raitt, Minister of Labour, or Ian Shugart, Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, or Lawrence Cannon, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the French Republic, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Implementing Agreement concerning the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the French Republic on Social Security.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord d’application concernant l’Accord entre le Gouvernement du Canada et le Gouvernement de la République française sur la sécurité sociale;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Diane Finley, ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences, ou Lisa Raitt, ministre du Travail, ou Ian Shugart, sous-ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences, ou Lawrence Cannon, ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la République française, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord d’application concernant l’Accord entre le Gouvernement du Canada et le Gouvernement de la République française sur la sécurité sociale.
