His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to section 107 of the Canada Pension Plan and section 40 of the Old Age Security Act, approves the terms and conditions of the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the French Republic on Social Security, and the Implementing Agreement concerning the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the French Republic on Social Security, to be entered into by the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, on behalf of the Government of Canada, with the Government of the French Republic.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences et en vertu de l’article 107 du Régime de pensions du Canada et de l’article 40 de la Loi sur la sécurité de la vieillesse, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve les conditions de l’Accord entre le Gouvernement du Canada et le Gouvernement de la République française sur la sécurité sociale et l’Accord d’application concernant l’Accord entre le Gouvernement du Canada et le Gouvernement de la République française sur la sécurité sociale, que doit conclure la ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, avec le gouvernement de la République française.
