His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Panama for Tax Cooperation and the Exchange of Information Relating to Taxes; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Edward Fast, Minister for International Trade, or James Michael Flaherty, Minister of Finance, or Sylvia Cesaratto, Ambassador of Canada to the Republic of Panama, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Panama for Tax Cooperation and the Exchange of Information Relating to Taxes.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la République du Panama sur la coopération et l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Edward Fast, ministre du Commerce international, ou James Michael Flaherty, ministre des Finances, ou Sylvia Cesaratto, ambassadrice du Canada auprès de la République du Panama, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la République du Panama sur la coopération et l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale.
