Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et du ministre de la Défense nationale et en vertu du paragraphe 234(2) de la Loi sur la défense nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme les juges ci-après à titre de juges de la Cour d'appel de la cour martiale du Canada :

a) l’honorable Wyman W. Webb de la

Cour d’appel fédérale;

b) l’honorable Mary J.L. Gleason de la

Cour fédérale;

c) l’honorable Jocelyne Gagné de la

Cour fédérale;

d) l’honorable Catherine M. Kane de la

Cour fédérale;

e) l’honorable Michael D. Manson de la

Cour fédérale;

f) l’honorable Jean-Pierre Plouffe de la

Cour supérieure du Québec.

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to subsection 234(2) of the National Defence Act, appoints the following judges as Judges of the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada:

(a) the Honourable Wyman W. Webb of the

Federal Court of Appeal;

(b) the Honourable Mary J.L. Gleason of the

Federal Court;

(c) the Honourable Jocelyne Gagné of the

Federal Court;

(d) the Honourable Catherine M. Kane of the

Federal Court;

(e) the Honourable Michael D. Manson of the

Federal Court;

(f) the Honourable Jean-Pierre Plouffe of the

Superior Court of Quebec.
