Burnett, juge en chef adjoint de la Cour du Banc de la Reine du Manitoba, soit nommé juge d'appel de la Cour d'appel du Manitoba, et juge d'office de la Cour du Banc de la Reine du Manitoba.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable William J. Burnett, Associate Chief Justice of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba, be appointed a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Manitoba, and a Judge ex officio of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen's Bench for Manitoba.
