   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, after consultation with the organizations representative of employees, pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(d) and subsections 10(2) and 12(1) of the Canada Labour Code, reappoints Cynthia Catherine Oliver of Burnaby, British Columbia, as a part-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail, après consultation des organisations représentant des employés, et en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)d) et des paragraphes 10(2) et 12(1) du Code canadien du travail, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Cynthia Catherine Oliver, de Burnaby (Colombie-Britannique), membre à temps partiel du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
