   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, made after consultation with the selection committee referred to in subsection 6(2) of the Director of Public Prosecutions Act, pursuant to section 6 of the Director of Public Prosecutions Act, appoints Kathleen Roussel of Ottawa, Ontario, who is a member of at least 10 years’ standing at the Bar of Ontario, to be Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions for a term of seven years, effective April 15, 2013.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et procureur général du Canada, après consultation du comité de sélection visé au paragraphe 6(2) de la Loi sur le directeur des poursuites pénales et en vertu de l’article 6 de cette loi, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Kathleen Roussel, d’Ottawa (Ontario), qui est membre du barreau de l’Ontario depuis au moins dix ans, adjointe au directeur des poursuites pénales pour un mandat de sept ans, à compter du 15 avril 2013.
