   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Sharon Ruth Duggan of Conception Bay South, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a director of Marine Atlantic Inc. to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Peggy Ann Coady.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la nomination, par le ministre des Transports, de Sharon Ruth Duggan, de Conception Bay South (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administratrice de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Peggy Ann Coady.
