   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, and section 7 of the Crown Corporation General Regulations, 1995, re-appoints Micheline Dubé of Ottawa, Ontario, as Chief Executive Officer of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, and fixes her remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 3 ($175,600 - $206,500), effective March 31, 2013.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques et de l’article 7 du Règlement général de 1995 sur les sociétés d’État, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat Micheline Dubé, d’Ottawa (Ontario), première dirigeante de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de deux ans, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 3 (175 600 $ - 206 500 $), à compter du 31 mars 2013.
