His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Act and subsection 8(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, approves that the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration enter into two contribution agreements entitled Delivery of Direct Services to Newcomers in Manitoba During the 2013-14 Transitional Period and Delivery of Indirect Services to Newcomers in Manitoba During the 2013-14 Transitional Period with the Government of Manitoba, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreements.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 5(1) de la Loi sur le ministère de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et du paragraphe 8(1) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil agrée la conclusion par le ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration de deux accords de contribution intitulés Prestation de services directs aux nouveaux arrivants du Manitoba pendant la période transitoire de 2013-2014 et Prestation de services indirects aux nouveaux arrivants du Manitoba pendant la période transitoire de 2013-2014, avec le gouvernement du Manitoba, lesquels accords sont conformes en substance aux projets d’accords ci-joints.
