His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to section 65 of the Canada–Panama Economic Growth and Prosperity Act, chapter 26 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, fixes April 1, 2013 as the day on which that Act comes into force, other than sections 60 to 64, which came into force on assent.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et en vertu de l’article 65 de la Loi sur la croissance économique et la prospérité — Canada-Panama, chapitre 26 des Lois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 1^er avril 2013 la date d’entrée en vigueur de cette loi, à l’exception des articles 60 à 64, lesquels sont entrés en vigueur à la sanction.
