His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to section 209 of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012, chapter 31 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, fixes March 1, 2013 as the day on which Division 8 of Part 4 of that Act comes into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu de l’article 209 de la Loi de 2012 sur l’emploi et la croissance, chapitre 31 des Lois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 1^er mars 2013 la date d’entrée en vigueur de la section 8 de la partie 4 de cette loi.
