His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, approves the corporate plan of the Royal Canadian Mint for the period beginning on January 1, 2013 and ending on December 31, 2017.
