   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to sections 88, 89 and 92 of the Public Service Employment Act:

(a)  reappoints Guy Giguère of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time permanent member of the Public Service Staffing Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years;

(b)  designates Guy Giguère as Chairperson of the Public Service Staffing Tribunal; and

(c)  fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($139,900 - $164,500);

effective March 29, 2013.

   Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu des articles 88, 89 et 92 de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a)  nomme de nouveau Guy Giguère, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre titulaire à temps plein du Tribunal de la dotation de la fonction publique à titre inamovible pour un mandat de deux ans;

b)  désigne Guy Giguère, président du Tribunal de la dotation de la fonction publique;

c)  fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (139 900 $ - 164 500 $);

à compter du 29 mars 2013.
