His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, and pursuant to section 6.2.1 of the Self-Government Agreements for the Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation, the Champagne and Aishihik First Nations, the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in, the Ta’an Kwach’an Council, the Selkirk First Nation, the Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nation, and the First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun, consents to the amendment to section 13.6.4.1 of the Self-Government Agreements, as set out in Schedules 1 to 7 to this Order.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu de l’article 6.2.1 des ententes sur l’autonomie gouvernementale de la Première Nation Vuntut Gwitchin, des Premières Nations Champagne et Aishihik, de Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in, du Conseil Ta’an Kwach’an, de la Première Nation Selkirk, de la Première Nation Little Salmon/Carmacks et de la Première Nation Nacho Nyak Dun, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil consent à la modification de l’article 13.6.4.1 de ces ententes, conformément aux annexes 1 à 7 du présent décret.
