His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Timothy Sargent of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Acting Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet (Operations), Privy Council Office, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the attached schedule, which salary is within the range ($188,600 – $221,800), effective January 28, 2013.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Timothy Sargent, d’Ottawa (Ontario), à titre de sous-secrétaire intérimaire du Cabinet (Opérations), Bureau du Conseil privé, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (188 600 $ – 221 800 $), à compter du 28 janvier 2013.
