   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Daniel Tucker of Halifax, Nova Scotia, to be a Commissioner of the Public Service Commission, to hold office during good behaviour, for a term of seven years, on a part-time basis.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Daniel Tucker, d’Halifax (Nouvelle-Écosse), commissaire de la Commission de la fonction publique, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de sept ans, à temps partiel.
