Whereas the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness made a recommendation on November 20, 2012 to the Governor in Council, pursuant to subsection 83.05(9) of the Criminal Code, that each entity listed in the schedule annexed to that recommendation remain listed in the Regulations Establishing a List of Entities;

And whereas the Governor in Council has accepted that recommendation;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to subsection 83.05(1) of the Criminal Code, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Regulations Establishing a List of Entities.

Attendu que, le 20 novembre 2012, le ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile a recommandé au gouverneur en conseil, conformément au paragraphe 83.05(9) du Code criminel, que chaque entité visée à l’annexe de sa recommandation demeure inscrite au Règlement établissant une liste d’entités;

Attendu que le gouverneur en conseil a accepté cette recommandation,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu du paragraphe 83.05(1) du Code criminel, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement établissant une liste d’entités, ci-après.
