   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Act, appoints Matthew King of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($216,900 - $255,100), effective January 14, 2013.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le ministère des Pêches et des Océans, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Matthew King, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre des Pêches et des Océans, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (216 900 $ - 255 100 $), à compter du 14 janvier 2013.
