   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour:

(a)  pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(a) and subsections 10(1) and 12(1) of the Canada Labour Code, reappoints Elizabeth Ellen MacPherson of Ottawa, Ontario, as Chairperson of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years;

(b)  pursuant to section 12.04 of the Canada Labour Code, fixes her remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 8 ($226,100 - $266,000); and

(c)  pursuant to section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Elizabeth Ellen MacPherson be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act;

effective January 1, 2013.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a)  en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)a) et des paragraphes 10(1) et 12(1) du Code canadien du travail, renouvelle le mandat d’Elizabeth Ellen MacPherson, d’Ottawa (Ontario), présidente du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, a titre inamovible pour une période de deux ans;

b)  en vertu de l’article 12.04 du Code canadien du travail, fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 8 (226 100 $ - 266 000 $);

c)  en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne qu’Elizabeth Ellen MacPherson soit réputée faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

à compter du 1^er janvier 2013.
