   Whereas the Minister of Natural Resources and the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Canada Foundation for Sustainable Development Technology Act, have consulted with the Minister of Industry;

   And whereas the Minister of Natural Resources and the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 10 of the Canada Foundation for Sustainable Development Technology Act, have proposed to appoint the Honourable Gary Lunn of North Saanich, British Columbia, to be a director of the Canada Foundation for Sustainable Development Technology;

   Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to sections 9 and 10 of the Canada Foundation for Sustainable Development Technology Act, appoints the Honourable Gary Lunn of North Saanich, British Columbia, to be a director of the Canada Foundation for Sustainable Development Technology, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year, on a part-time basis.

   Attendu que le ministre des Ressources naturelles et le ministre de l’Environnement ont, conformément au paragraphe 9(2) de la Loi sur la Fondation du Canada pour l’appui technologique au développement durable, consulté avec le ministre de l’Industrie;

   Attendu que le ministre des Ressources naturelles et le ministre de l’Environnement ont, conformément au paragraphe 10 de la Loi sur la Fondation du Canada pour l’appui technologique au développement durable, proposé de nommer l’honorable Gary Lunn, de North Saanich (Colombie-Britannique), à titre d’administrateur de la Fondation du Canada pour l’appui technologique au développement durable,

   À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu des articles 9 et 10 de la Loi sur la Fondation du Canada pour l’appui technologique au développement durable, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme l’honorable Gary Lunn, de North Saanich (Colombie-Britannique), administrateur de la Fondation du Canada pour l’appui technologique au développement durable, à titre inamovible pour un mandat d’un an, à temps partiel.
