His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 36(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, approves the annexed Regulations Amending the Air Transportation Regulations and the Canadian Transportation Agency Designated Provisions Regulations, made by the Canadian Transportation Agency.
