His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, makes the annexed Regulations Amending and Repealing Certain Canadian Food Inspection Agency Regulations (Miscellaneous Program), pursuant to

(a) subsection 5(1) of the Fertilizers Act;

(b) section 3 of the Fish Inspection Act;

(c) subsection 4(1) of the Seeds Act;

(d) section 20 of the Meat Inspection Act;

(e) section 32 of the Canada Agricultural Products Act;

(f) subsection 75(1) of the Plant Breeders’ Rights Act;

(g) section 64 of the Health of Animals Act; and

(h) section 47 of the Plant Protection Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant la modification et l’abrogation de certains règlements (Agence canadienne d’inspection des aliments), ci-après, en vertu :

a) du paragraphe 5(1) de la Loi sur les engrais;

b) de l’article 3 de la Loi sur l’inspection du poisson;

c) du paragraphe 4(1) de la Loi sur les semences;

d) de l’article 20 de la Loi sur l’inspection des viandes;

e) de l’article 32 de la Loi sur les produits agricoles du Canada;

f) du paragraphe 75(1) de la Loi sur la protection des obtentions végétales;

g) de l’article 64 de la Loi sur la santé des animaux;

h) de l’article 47 de la Loi sur la protection des végétaux.
