                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(a) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves that the National Capital Commission acquire from Alma V. Hobbs, Dorothy L. Baxter, Hazel I. Brown and Edith E. Pitura the parcel of land described in the annexed schedule, for a total consideration of $27,000 and on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

                      Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)a) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve que la Commission de la capitale nationale acquière de Alma V. Hobbs, Dorothy L. Baxter, Hazel I. Brown et Edith E. Pitura la parcelle de terrain décrite à l’annexe ci-jointe, en contrepartie d’une somme totale de 27 000 $ et selon les modalités que la Commission de la capitale nationale estime satisfaisantes.
