His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Federal-Provincial Fiscal Arrangements Act, approves that the Minister of Finance, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into an administration agreement with the Secretary-Treasurer of the Nisga’a Nation, acting with the approval of the Nisga’a Lisims Government Executive, that is substantially in accordance with the annexed draft Personal Income Tax Administration Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Nisga’a Nation.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 7(1) de la Loi sur les arrangements fiscaux entre le gouvernement fédéral et les provinces, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre des Finances, pour le compte du gouvernement du Canada, d’un accord d’application avec le secrétaire-trésorier de la Nation Nisga’a agissant avec l’approbation de l’exécutif du gouvernement Nisga’a Lisims, lequel accord est conforme en substance au projet de l’Accord sur l’administration de l’impôt sur le revenu des particuliers entre le gouvernement du Canada et la Nation Nisga’a ci-joint.
