His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 619(2) of the Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act, chapter 19 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, fixes January 6, 2013 as the day on which sections 605 and 607 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences et en vertu du paragraphe 619(2) de la Loi sur l’emploi, la croissance et la prospérité durable, chapitre 19 des Lois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 6 janvier 2013 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 605 et 607 de cette loi.
