Whereas, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2007-628 of April 30, 2007, Carlo Di Gioacchino was appointed as a director of the board of directors of Parc Downsview Park Inc., to hold office during pleasure, for a term of four years, commencing on April 30, 2007 and ending on April 29, 2011;

Whereas, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2007-748 of May 11, 2007, Anish Makim was appointed as a director of the board of directors of Parc Downsview Park Inc., to hold office during pleasure, for a term of three years, commencing on May 11, 2007 and ending on May 10, 2010;

Whereas, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2007-1546 of October 12, 2007, Geoff Cape was appointed as a director of the board of directors of Parc Downsview Park Inc., to hold office during pleasure, for a term of four years, commencing on October 12, 2007 and ending on October 11, 2011;

Whereas, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2007-1547 of October 12, 2007, Kristin Matthews was appointed as a director of the board of directors of Parc Downsview Park Inc., to hold office during pleasure, for a term of four years, commencing on October 12, 2007 and ending on October 11, 2011;

Whereas, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2008-50 of January 29, 2008, Warren M. Rudick was appointed as a director of the board of directors of Parc Downsview Park Inc., to hold office during pleasure, for a term of three years, commencing on January 29, 2008 and ending on January 28, 2011;

Whereas, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2008-1115 of June 18, 2008, Ronald Vincent Colucci was appointed as a director of the board of directors of Parc Downsview Park Inc., to hold office during pleasure, for a term of four years, commencing on June 18, 2008 and ending on June 17, 2012;

Whereas, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2009-708 of May 14, 2009, Rob Lowry was appointed as a director of the board of directors of Parc Downsview Park Inc., to hold office during pleasure, for a term of three years, commencing on May 14, 2009 and ending on May 13, 2012;

Whereas subsection 105(4) of the Financial Administration Act prescribes that, if a new director is not appointed to take office on the expiration of the term of an incumbent director, the incumbent director continues in office until a successor is appointed;

And whereas no successor directors will be appointed to these positions pursuant to the Financial Administration Act;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to subsection 105(1) of the Financial Administration Act, approves the termination, by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, of the appointment of Carlo Di Gioacchino, Anish Makim, Geoff Cape, Kristin Matthews, Warren M. Rudick, Ronald Vincent Colucci and Rob Lowry as directors of the board of directors of Parc Downsview Park Inc.

Attendu que, par le décret C.P. 2007-628 du 30 avril 2007, Carlo Di Gioacchino a été nommé administrateur du conseil d’administration de Parc Downsview Park Inc., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de quatre ans commençant le 30 avril 2007 et se terminant le 29 avril 2011;

Attendu que, par le décret C.P. 2007-748 du 11 mai 2007, Anish Makim a été nommé administrateur du conseil d’administration de Parc Downsview Park Inc., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans commençant le 11 mai 2007 et se terminant le 10 mai 2010;

Attendu que, par le décret C.P. 2007-1546 du 12 octobre 2007, Geoff Cape a été nommé administrateur du conseil d’administration de Parc Downsview Park Inc., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de quatre ans commençant le 12 octobre 2007 et se terminant le 11 octobre 2011;

Attendu que, par le décret C.P. 2007-1547 du 12 octobre 2007, Kristin Matthews a été nommée administrateur du conseil d’administration de Parc Downsview Park Inc., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de quatre ans commençant le 12 octobre 2007 et se terminant le 11 octobre 2011;

Attendu que, par le décret C.P. 2008-50 du 29 janvier 2008, Warren M. Rudick a été nommé administrateur du conseil d’administration de Parc Downsview Park Inc., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans commençant le 29 janvier 2008 et se terminant le 28 janvier 2011;

Attendu que, par le décret C.P. 2008-1115 du 18 juin 2008, Ronald Vincent Colucci a été nommé administrateur du conseil d’administration de Parc Downsview Park Inc., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de quatre ans commençant le 18 juin 2008 et se terminant le 17 juin 2012;

Attendu que, par le décret C.P. 2009-708 du 14 mai 2009, Rob Lowry a été nommé administrateur du conseil d’administration de Parc Downsview Park Inc., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans commençant le 14 mai 2009 et se terminant le 13 mai 2012;

Attendu que le paragraphe 105(4) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques prévoit que le mandat d’un administrateur se prolonge jusqu’à la nomination de son remplaçant;

Attendu qu’aucun remplaçant ne sera nommé à ces postes en vertu de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques,

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu du paragraphe 105(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve que la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux mette fin aux nominations de Carlo Di Gioacchino, Anish Makim, Geoff Cape, Kristin Matthews, Warren M. Rudick, Ronald Vincent Colucci et Rob Lowry à titre d’administrateurs du conseil d’administration de Parc Downsview Park Inc.
