    His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 10(1) of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act, amends Order in Council P.C. 2012-1255 of October 4, 2012 by adding “in the place of Ronald E. Smith”.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 10(1) de la Loi sur l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2012-1255 du 4 octobre 2012 en ajoutant « en remplacement de Ronald E. Smith ».
