   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3.1(2) of the Canadian Commercial Corporation Act, fixes the remuneration and other employment conditions of Marc Whittingham, President of the Canadian Commercial Corporation, as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range CEO 4 ($210,600 - $247,700), effective April 1, 2012.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3.1(2) de la Loi sur la Corporation commerciale canadienne, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe la rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi de Marc Whittingham, président de la Corporation commerciale canadienne, conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l'échelle CEO 4 (210 600 $ - 247 700 $), à compter du 1^er avril 2012.
