   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness:

(a)  pursuant to sections 103 and 105 of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, reappoints Louis-Philippe McGraw of Moncton, New Brunswick, as a full-time member of the National Parole Board, Atlantic Regional Division, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years;

(b)  pursuant to subsections 150(1) and 153(1) of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, designates Louis-Philippe McGraw as Vice-Chairperson of the Atlantic Regional Division of the National Parole Board; and

(c)  pursuant to section 153 of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 5 ($139,900 - $164,500);

effective February 11, 2013.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a)  en vertu des articles 103 et 105 de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, nomme de nouveau Louis-Philippe McGraw, de Moncton

 (Nouveau-Brunswick), membre à temps plein de la Section régionale de l’Atlantique de la Commission nationale des libérations conditionnelles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

b)  en vertu des paragraphes 150(1) et 153(1) de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, désigne Louis-Philippe McGraw au poste de vice-président de la Section régionale de l’Atlantique de la Commission nationale des libérations conditionnelles;

c)  en vertu de l’article 153 de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (139 900 $ - 164 500 $);

à compter du 11 février 2013.
