   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport:

(a)  pursuant to section 3 of the Pilotage Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Danièle Dion of Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec, to be a member of the Great Lakes Pilotage Authority to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years; and

(b)  pursuant to section 10 of the Pilotage Act, appoints Danièle Dion of Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec, to be part-time Vice-Chairperson of the Great Lakes Pilotage Authority.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a)  en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le pilotage, approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Danièle Dion, de Ville Saint-Laurent (Québec), membre de l'Administration de pilotage des Grands Lacs, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans;

b)  en vertu de l’article 10 de la Loi sur le pilotage, nomme Danièle Dion, de Ville Saint-Laurent (Québec), vice-présidente du conseil à temps partiel de l’Administration de pilotage des Grands Lacs.
