   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Germain Thibault of Boucherville, Quebec, to be a director of the Montréal Port Authority, to hold office for a term ending October 31, 2015, in the place of Jean Depelteau.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Germain Thibault, de Boucherville (Québec), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Montréal, pour un mandat se terminant le 31 octobre 2015, en remplacement de Jean Depelteau.
