    His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsection 41(1) and section 43 of the First Nations Fiscal and Statistical Management Act, reappoints Jim Prodger of Truro, Nova Scotia, as a director of the board of directors of the First Nations Financial Management Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 41(1) et de l’article 43 de la Loi sur la gestion financière et statistique des premières nations, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Jim Prodger, de Truro (Nouvelle-Écosse), conseiller du conseil d’administration du Conseil de gestion financière des premières nations, à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans.
