His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission enter into a lease with the City of Ottawa, for a term of forty-nine years commencing on December 1, 2012, for the property known as the Riverain Park, in Ottawa, Ontario, as described in the schedule, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la conclusion par la Commission de la capitale nationale d’un bail, aux conditions qu’elle estime satisfaisantes, d’une durée de quarante-neuf ans commençant le 1^er décembre 2012, avec la Ville d’Ottawa, pour la propriété connue sous le nom de parc Riverain à Ottawa (Ontario), dont la délimitation figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
