His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 35(1)(f) and paragraphs 244(f) to (h) of the Canada Shipping Act, 2001, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Administrative Monetary Penalties Regulations.
