Whereas, pursuant to subsection 30(1) of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, 1992, a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations (Amendment 11), substantially in the annexed form, was published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on March 10, 2012 and a reasonable opportunity was afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect to the proposed Regulations;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 27 of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, 1992, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations (Amendment 11).

Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 30(1) de la Loi de 1992 sur le transport des marchandises dangereuses, le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur le transport des marchandises dangereuses (modification n^o 11), conforme en substance au texte ci-après, a été publié dans la Gazette du Canada Partie I le 10 mars 2012 et que les intéressés ont eu la possibilité de présenter leurs observations à cet égard au ministre des Transports,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 27 de la Loi de 1992 sur le transport des marchandises dangereuses, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur le transport des marchandises dangereuses (modification n^o 11), ci-après.
