   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans and with the concurrence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Article III of the Convention between Canada and the United States of America for the Preservation of the Halibut Fishery of the Northern Pacific Ocean and Bering Sea, appoints Paul Ryall of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a member of the International Pacific Halibut Commission to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Pêches et des Océans et avec l’assentiment du ministre des Affairs étrangères et en vertu de l’Article III de la Convention entre le Canada et les États-Unis d’Amérique pour la conservation de la pêche du flétan du Pacifique nord et de la mer de Béring, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Paul Ryall, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), membre de la Commission internationale du flétan du Pacifique, à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans.
