   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Jacques J. Levesque, juge de la Cour supérieure du Québec, soit nommé juge de la Cour d'appel de la province de Québec, avec résidence sur le territoire de la ville de Québec ou dans son voisinage immédiat.

   The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Jacques J. Levesque, a Puisne Judge of the Superior Court of Quebec, be appointed a Puisne Judge of the Court of Appeal of the Province of Quebec, with residence in the territory of or in the immediate vicinity of Ville de Québec.
