His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the National Energy Board Act, approves the issuance of Amending Order AO-006-OC-43 by the National Energy Board, a copy of which is attached to this Order, to change the name of the holder of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity OC-43, as amended, to Pembina Energy Services Inc.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 21(2) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil agrée la délivrance, par l’Office national de l’énergie, de l’ordonnance modificatrice AO-006-OC-43 ci-jointe, afin de changer le nom du titulaire du certificat d’utilité publique OC-43, dans sa version modifiée, à Pembina Energy Services Inc.
