His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, approves the corporate plan of the National Capital Commission for the planning period beginning on April 1, 2012 and ending on March 31, 2017.
