His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of the tax is unjust, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, remits to Gregory MacNevin tax in the amount of $1,175.52 paid under Part IX of the Excise Tax Act in respect of the purchase of a motor vehicle.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant que la perception en est injuste, fait remise à Gregory MacNevin de la somme de 1 175,52 $, payée à titre de taxe en application de la partie IX de la Loi sur la taxe d’accise relativement à l’achat d’un véhicule à moteur.
