His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 6(2) of the Indian Lands Agreement (1986) Act, confirms as a specific agreement the Agreement made among the Thessalon Band, Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada and Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario, dated for reference January 20, 2000.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu de l’article 3 et du paragraphe 6(2) de la Loi sur l’accord de 1986 concernant les terres indiennes, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil ratifie à titre d’accord particulier l’accord conclu entre la bande Thessalon, Sa Majesté la Reine du chef du Canada et Sa Majesté la Reine du chef de l’Ontario, daté du 20 janvier 2000 à titre de référence.
