    His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Jean Boivin of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Finance, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($236,300 - $278,000), effective October 25, 2012.

  Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Jean Boivin, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre délégué des Finances, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l ’ annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle ( 236 300 $ - 278 000 $), à compter du 25 octobre 2012.
